LiveSmart 360 company Background:

LiveSmart 360 opened it’s doors in May 2010 for a “soft-launch.”  They hope to stand out from the many MLM companies that are launched each year.   They are slated to officially launch in January 2011. The company is based out of Sarasota, FL. They have their corporate headquarters and a full distribution center there.LiveSmart 360

The company was founded by Mark McCool and Mike Potillo. Their management team consists of 10 members with over $1 billion in sales in other business ventures. They are currently recruiting distributors globally.

LiveSmart 360 Products:

The whole concept of LiveSmart 360 is to incorporate healthy living in all areas of life. Their flagship product is a mist spray called Zorbmax that increases the absorption rate of nutrients taken in from natural food sources, supplements and beverages. It also claims to keep you healthy at a microscopic cellular level. Zorbmax retails at $39.99 for a 45 serving container. Each serving is 4 sprays into your mouth.

LiveSmart 360They also offer a line of weight loss supplements incorporating the technology used in Zorbmax. This line is called LiveFit 360. The third product line out now is NutraSmart 360. This line features Ellagic acid which according to Livesmart 360 is a powerful antioxidant blend. They also have 360 Zip Chews which are small chews that also boast antioxidants as well as natural caffeine sources to increase energy.

In addition to these LiveSmart 360 is planning on launching healthy personal care items and safe, green home cleaning products by January 2011.

LiveSmart 360 Review of the Compensation Plan:

The company has four different buy-in levels as follows:

Smart Start Pack $99.00
Million Dollar Match Pack $299.00
Million Dollar Tri-Pack $499.99
ERA Pack $999.99

Personal Volume requirements:

To maintain your acitve member status you must generate 100 BV each month. This can be done by any combination of direct website orders, offline retail orders, or personal use. One other perk this plan offers is the Executive Guarantee. This guarantee states that an active and qualified Executive (4 active personally sponsored reps) will never earn less than $60 per month. If your commissions are less the company will pay you the difference.

Payout Bonuses:

This is a binary compensation plan that works on cycles allowing you to earn money from both legs. A cycle is completed every time your volume in one leg reaches 240BV and the other leg is 120BV = 360 total BCV in one cycle. Every completed cycle earns $12 to $20 depending on your rank. This bonus is paid weekly.

The next bonus is a Generational Matching bonus that matches 5% – 100% up to five generations deep. This bonus is capped at $10,000 per month. It is also subject to the 60% total payout rule which states that the company will only pay out a total of 60% of the total sales.

They also offer a Life Changing bonus. This a charity bonus the company pays to higher ranking members starting at the Bronze Start level. I thought this was pretty cool. The company pays you a bonus and gives you a video camera. You are required to “pay it forward” to any indivdual or cause you see fit and record the moment on video. You then send the video footage back to the company to share.
